Luscious Healthy Lips with Lip Moisturizers
from:When we think of moisturizers, we usually think of moisturizers for our face or hand lotions for our hands. Our lips, however, are a part of our bodies that get dry and chapped and in need of moisturizer more often than we think. Lips are a part of our bodies that tend to be overlooked. Many people mistakenly believe that if they use lipstick their lips are getting all the protection and moisturizing they need. Our lips, like the rest of our bodies, need as much care and protection as our hands, face and rest of our bodies.
Lip moisturizers are used every day in the form of lip balm, lip-gloss and liquid lip moisturizers. When you go out you want your lips to be healthy, shiny and moist. Not only will they feel good, but they'll look fantastic as well. Perhaps, you're going on that special date and hope to be kissed. No one likes to kiss dry and chapped lips, so take care of your lips with lip moisturizers so this is never a problem.
Lip moisturizers are available in many stores and in many flavors and brands. Some are basic lip balms that are just "glorified" chapstick, while others may be medicated to deal with kind of lip problems you may have.
Country Rose Soap Company carries many different personal hygiene products and lip moisturizers are just one of them. One of their lip balms is licorice flavored and enriched with cocoa butter, Olive Oil, Vitamin E and beeswax. This product will make and keep your lips soft and moist as well as taste great. In addition to the main ingredients, you'll also find lemon balm, peppermint, thyme, rose petals and more in this licorice lip moisturizing balm.
You'll also find many tinted lip moisturizers complete with SPF 15 or higher to give your lips protection from the sun as well. Although there are different lip types just as there are skin types, organic lip moisturizers work on any lip types. What makes the organic lip balms work so great are the organic plant oils and botanicals. Some of the ingredients that provide such excellent care are peach and guava essence, honey and bee propolis all loaded with nutrients. Many of these come in flavors of plum, raspberry, strawberry or peach. They can be used all day long as needed.
One of the most popular lip balm available is Burt's Bees Lip Balm, which is full of protective ingredients to relieve the pain of chapped and cracked lips as well as providing a daily moisturizer. Some of the ingredients in this product are coconut oil, beeswax, peppermint oil, sunflower oil and more.
